2001 - 2006 Tribute with automatic transmission/transaxle
1994 - 2007 B-Series with automatic transmission

DESCRIPTION

"MERCON(R)" Automatic Transmission Fluid will be replaced by "MERCON(R) V" as a service fluid.

Beginning immediately, all automatic transmission/transaxle and power steering applications requiring "MERCON(R)" can now be serviced using "MERCON(R) V" or dual usage fluids labeled "MERCON(R)/MERCON(R) V"





NOTE:
After July 1, 2007, "MERCON(R)" ATF will no longer be manufactured, therefore, availability of this fluid will only continue until remaining inventories are depleted.

Customers (or repairs requiring transmission/transaxle/power steering replacement or adjustment) should have their vehicle serviced according to this information.
