Radiator Cooling Fan: Service and Repair

COOLING FAN AND CLUTCH REMOVAL / INSTALLATION








1. Remove in order shown in figure.

Clutch Removal Note





1. Remove the nut attaching the clutch to the water pump using Fan Clutch Holding Tool SST 49 UN01 007 and Fan Clutch Nut Wrench SST 49 UN01 008
2. Install in reverse order of removal.

Clutch Installation Note





1. Install the clutch on the water pump using Fan Clutch Holding Tool SST 49 UN01 007 and Fan Clutch Nut Wrench SST 49 UN01 008.
