Auxiliary Air Valve (Idle Speed): Service and Repair

IDLE AIR CONTROL (IAC) VALVE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION - 4.0L









1. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.






2. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the bolts and the idle air control (IAC) valve.

NOTE:Install a new IAC gasket.To install, reverse the removal procedure.
