Flywheel Inspection

FLYWHEEL INSPECTION - 4.0L

1. Inspect the flywheel for:

- Cracks
- Worn ring gear teeth
- Chipped or cracked ring gear teeth

2. Use radial runout gauge to inspect the flywheel ring gear runout.

- Set the gauge on the flywheel ring gear surface and turn the flywheel to measure runout.
