Front Door Hinge: Service and Repair

FRONT DOOR HINGE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts:
a. Windshield wiper arm and blade (See Windshield Wiper Arm and Blade Removal/Installation)

b. Cowl grill (See Cowl Grille Removal/Installation)

c. Front bumper (See Removal and Replacement)

d. Front combination lights (See Service and Repair)

e. Side step molding (See )

f. Front fender panel (See Service and Repair)

g. Front door Front Door Removal/Installation

3. Remove the bolts.






4. Remove the front door hinge.

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

6. Adjust the front door. Adjustments
