No. 1 Three-way Solenoid Valve Correction (Throttle Positioner)

1. Disconnect the electrical connector of the three-way solenoid valve.
2. Disconnect vacuum sensing tubes (A) and (B).
3. Using a short piece of vacuum tube, blow through port (a) and make sure air comes out of port (b).
4. Apply battery power and a ground wire to the two red wires of the connector for the No. 1 solenoid valve. Listen for a click from the solenoid valve. 5.. Using a short piece of vacuum tube, blow through port (a) and make sure no air comes out of port (b). Blow through port (b) and make sure air comes out of the solenoid valve air filter.

1. Disconnect the electrical connector of the three-way solenoid valve.
2. Disconnect vacuum sensing tubes (A) and (B).
3. Using a short piece of vacuum tube, blow through port (a) and make sure no air comes out of port (b).
4. Apply battery power and a ground wire to the two black wires of the connector for the No. 2 solenoid valve. Listen for a click from the solenoid valve.
5. Using a short piece of vacuum tube, blow through port (a) and make sure air comes out of port (b).
