Lubricate
    Locks
      Lubricate all locks and hinges.
Inspect/Adjust
    Idle Speed
    Drive Belt
       Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first. Inspect for cracks or damage and tension.
Check
    Disc Brake System
      Check brake pads for wear. Check fluid level. Inspect pedal freeplay. Inspect lines, hoses, master cylinder, and calipers for wear, leaks and damage. Inspect power booster and hoses.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Or every 12 months, whichever occurs first. Check all chassis/body nuts and bolts, torque as necessary.
Inspect
    Sub-Zero Starting Device
      Inspect the operation seasonally (sub-zero weather use only).
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect steering gear housing, steering linkages, rack guides, and tie-rod ends, check ball joints and operation of steering.
    Steering
      Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first. Inspect steering for operation, looseness, correct free play, fluid leaking or oozing. Lubricate steering linkage joints (if equipped with grease fittings)
    Oil Level Warning Indicator
      Inspect and verify operation.
    Heating and Air Conditioning
      Inspect system for leaks and proper compressor operation.
    Heat Shield, Exhaust
      Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first. Inspect for insulator clearance.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Check lines, hoses and connections.
    Fluid - A/T
      Test fluid level and condition.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Inspect driveshaft dust boots
    Cooling System
       Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first. Inspect coolant level, check hoses for cracks or wear.
    Coolant Level Indicator Lamp
      Inspect and verify operation.
    Clutch Fluid
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect brake lines, hoses and connections.
    Ball Joint
      Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first. Inspect ball joints for damage, looseness, and grease leakage.
Replace
    Spark Plug
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fuel Filter
      This maintenance operation is required for all states except California. However we do recommend that this operation be performed on California vehicles as well.
    Fluid - M/T
    Fluid - Differential
    Engine Oil
       Or every 5 months, whichever occurs first.
    Coolant
       Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first.
    Brake Fluid
    Air Filter Element
       Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first.
Clean/Repack
    Wheel Bearing
      Clean and repack front wheel bearings.
