A/T - F3A No Up-Shift After Rebuild or Governor Service

SUBJECT: JATCO F3A

PROBLEM: No upshift after rebuild, or governor service.

SOLUTION:
Possibly the governor is installed incorrectly. See Figures 1 and 2.




Figure 1 shows two holes in the governor sleeve. The two holes must line up with two holes in the case.




Figure 2 shows the way it should be on final installation.
