Differential gears:

Description: After removing 1983 axle shafts, a special tool must be installed to prevent the differential gears from sliding off position.
A new tool has been established to replace the pre-load adapter (49FT 01 515A) as shown in the 1983 626 Workshop Manual, pages 7A:46 and 7B:72, in order to simplify the procedure.
