Before attempting to improve driveability with any of the kits in this Service Bulletin, it is very important that you check ALL BASIC ADJUSTMENTS AND BE CERTAIN THE VEHICLE IS PROPERLY TUNED.
Check the following:

^ spark plugs
^ idle speed
^ vacuum hose routing
^ float level
^ air & fuel filters
^ ignition timing
^ idle switch adjustment
^ vacuum hose connections
The chart below shows the VIN when each kit was installed during production.
