PROBLEM: No 2-3 Upshift when cold.

CAUSE:
The manual choke is electrically connected to the detent solenoid, allowing only 1-2 upshift until the choke automatically releases, when the desired operating temperature is reached.

CORRECTION:
None This is a design "feature".
