CAMSHAFT AND TIMING BELT PULLEY:
DESCRIPTION
The following modifications have been made since the production of April 1, 1984:
1. The tooth configuration of the timing belt has been changed and the timing belt pulley, camshaft pulley, and water pump pulley have been changed to fit the belt.*
2. The tensioner spring force has been increased from 4 kg to 8 kg.
3. The timing mark on the camshaft pulley has been changed from "C" to "CX".
Note: If the old belt is replaced by the new belt, the new timing belt pulley and camshaft pulley must be installed together with the new spring tensioner.
