Fig. 5 Stabilizer bar assembly. 1986-88 RX-7:

Remove stabilizer bar by following numerical sequence shown in Fig. 5. Install stabilizer bar by reversing numerical sequence. When installing stabilizer bar, note the following:
1. Install stabilizer bar bushing so that bushing seam faces front of vehicle.
2. Align bushing with stabilizer installation mark (white line on stabilizer bar).
3. Install stabilizer bracket and temporarily tighten attaching bolts.
4. Lower vehicle, then with vehicle completely unloaded, torque attaching bolt to 13-20 ft.lbs.
