Lubricate
    Locks
      Use graphite lock lubricant.
    Doors
      Lubricate door, trunk and hood hinges.
Check
    Spark Plug
      Check condition and regap if necessary.
    Idle Speed
      Check and adjust if necessary.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Check fluid level. Inspect pedal freeplay. Inspect lines, hoses, master cylinder, and calipers for wear, leaks and damage. Check rear drum brakes for wear and leaks.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Check all chassis/body nuts and bolts, torque as necessary.
Adjust
    Valve Clearance
      Check clearances and adjust as needed.
Inspect
    Steering Shaft
      Inspect rack seal boots for damage or leakage.
    Steering
      Check linkages for wear and damage. Inspect boots for damage.
    Shift Linkage, M/T
      Check linkage boots for wear.
    Shift Linkage, A/T
      Check linkage boots for damage.
    Power Steering
      Check fluid level and condition. Inspect lines for leakage.
    Cooling System
      Check radiator, hoses and water pump for leaks and damage.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Check for damage or leakage. Also check shift linkage boots.
    Clutch Pedal Assembly
      Check pedal freeplay.
    Choke Housing
      Except Fuel Injection. Check choke system operation and clean with carburetor cleaner if necessary.
    Brake Pad
      Check pads for wear. Check parking brake operation.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
       Replace every 7.5 months or 7500 miles.
    Engine Oil
      Or every 7.5 months, whichever occurs first.
Rotate
    Tires
