TERMINAL VOLTAGE

1. Disconnect the hose from the pressure switch.
2. Attach a pressure tester (49 H080 740) or equivalent Fig. 8.
3. Check terminal (BrW) voltage while blowing compressed air into A.
CAUTION: Do not apply over 98 kPa (1 kg/cm squared, 14 psi) of compressed air.

4. Voltage reading should be as in Fig. 9.

RESISTANCE INSPECTION

1. Remove the switch.
2. Attach a pressure tester (49 H080 740) or equivalent Fig. 10 to the switch.
3. Blow in compressed air.
CAUTION: Do not apply over 98 kPa (1 kg/cm squared, 14 psi) of compressed air.
