Disc Brake Caliper Assembly:

Removal:

1. Raise vehicle and place on jack stands.
2. Remove wheels.
3. Remove retainer clip on flexible hose (1) and flexible hose to caliper (2).
4. Remove pad retainer pins (3) and pad retainer springs (4).
5. Remove Inner/outer pads and shims (5,6) and caliper mount bolts (7).
6. Remove caliper (8) and guide plates (9).

Installation:

1. Using SST 49 0221 600C or equivalent, push caliper piston back into cylinder.
2. Install guide plates (9) and calipers (8).
3. Install caliper mount bolts (7) and inner/outer pads and shims (5,6).
4. Install pad retainer springs (4) and pad retainer pins (3).
5. Install flexible hose to caliper (2) and flexible hose retainer clip (1).
6. Bleed calipers, add fluid to master cylinder as necessary.
7. Install wheels.
8. Remove jack stands and lower vehicle.
