Speed Sensor

Fig. 7 EC-AT control unit connector terminal 1Q location. 1988 626 & MX-6:

1. Connect voltmeter between 1Q terminal of EC-AT control unit and ground, Fig. 7.
2. Turn ignition switch to On position.
3. Remove speedometer cable from transaxle.
4. Slowly turn speedometer cable one turn.
5. If approximately 4.5 volts does not show 4 times, check combination meter.
