DESCRIPTION

The windshield moulding of the 1988 626/MX-6 is made from resin. If water on the moulding is not completely wiped off, difficult-to-remove stains will occur during guard wax removal. This problem is not due to a change of the moulding material, but is caused either by the remover or by guard wax left on the moulding.

To prevent the possibility of stains occurring on the moulding, remove the guard wax, wash in water, and then wipe the water off completely from the moulding. Should stains on the moulding be found after guard wax removal, clean the moulding using kerosene. Finish the procedure by washing in water and then wipe off completely to remove stains.



CAUTION:
When you replace the windshield, please install the new glass first. Then install the windshield moulding as soon as possible BEFORE THE BONDING AGENT DRIES.
