Fig. 94 TICS solenoid valve connector terminal identification.:

1. Connect voltmeter to TICS solenoid valve connector terminal (LR wire), Fig. 94.
2. Gradually increase engine speed while watching voltmeter. There should be approximately 12 volts above approximately 4000 RPM and there should be less than 2 volts at idle.
3. Disconnect voltmeter.
