1988 MX-6 Main Fuse Block & Connector (X-04) Special Service Program - SSP06A. Description of Program
The owners of subject vehicles will be notified on and after January 22, 1988 by first class mail to bring their vehicles to an authorized Mazda dealer for inspection/repair. This program will commence on January 22, 1988 and close on January 21, 1989.
B. Subject Vehicles
The subject vehicles are certain 1988 MX-6 models Produced in the U.S.A. within the following VIN ranges.
* : The last digit can be a number or X.
C. Dealer Inventory Vehicles
All subject vehicles in dealer inventory must be inspected and, if necessary, repaired prior to delivery to the customer.
D. Necessary Parts
None
NOTE:
It is not basically necessary to replace the part. Just in case, however, the following parts will be shipped (or are enclosed) to you free of charge.
If additional parts are needed:
^ for the territory of MMA-C, contact the Quality Assurance Department of your Regional/Distributor Office
^ for the territory of MMA-E, contact the Warranty Department
1. For Main Fuse Block
(1) Fuse, 30A (H115 67 099)* 2 pcs.
(2) Fuse, 40A (H116 67 099)* 2 pcs.
(3) Fusc, 60A (FB01 67 099)* 2 pcs.
(4) Terminal** (L) (No Part Number) 5 pcs.
(5) Terminal** (S) (No Part Number) 5 pcs.
* For the territory of MMA-C, the tenth position of the part number should be filled with "0" (zero), if it is blank. ** Terminals (L) and (S) have different wire crimp areas (Larger and Smaller). Please use an appropriate one if necessary.
2. For Connector (X-04)
(1) Connector (X-04) (No Part Number) 1 pc.
