1. Verify the customer complaint. Use the DRIVEABILTY and SERVICE HISTORY WORKSHEETS.
2. Always check for applicable TSB's.
3. Review CHECKING THE BASICS prior to any other diagnostic steps.
4. Follow the FLOW OF DIAGNOSIS chart.
