1. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity at actuator connector terminals as shown in Fig. 17.
2. If continuity is not as specified, replace actuator.
3. Connect terminals to a 12 volt power source and ground as shown in Fig. 18. If control cable does not respond as shown, replace actuator.
