Water Pump: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain coolant.
3. Remove timing belt as described in Timing Belt.
4. Remove water pump and gasket, Fig. 58.

5. Reverse procedure to install, ensuring to use new gasket. Tighten to specifications.
