Vacuum Signal

Vacuum Check:

1. Disconnect vacuum hose from shutter valve actuator.
2. Place a finger over hose opening and check that no vacuum is felt at idle.
3. Verify that vacuum is felt when engine speed is increased.
4. After check, reconnect vacuum hose to actuator.
