DESCRIPTION

Due to poor adhesion and climatic changes, the cowl grill protector on some Miatas has come unfastened as shown in the illustration below. If you encounter this problem, please correct it according to the repair procedure described in this bulletin.




REPAIR PROCEDURE


1. Apply quick-dry adhesive and refit the protector as shown.




2. Slide a ruler between the protector and the windshield. Gently press the edge of the cowl grill until the adhesive dries.

NOTE:
Make sure that excessive amounts of adhesive are not applied or spilled onto areas other than that which is indicated in step 1.
