1. Always check for applicable Technical Service Bulletins.

2. Don't overlook obvious problems such as spark plugs and or wires. See CHECKING THE BASICS under TESTING PROCEDURES.

3. Complete the DRIVEABILITY and REPAIR HISTORY worksheets.

4. Determine correct course of action.
