Starter Motor: Service and Repair

1. Deactivate Airbag system, if equipped, refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts/Air Bags (Supplemental Restraint Systems)/Service and Repair.
2. Disconnect starter motor electrical connectors.
3. Raise and support vehicle, then remove engine undercover.
4. Remove starter motor attaching bolts, then the starter motor from vehicle.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
