REPAIR PROCEDURE (323/PROTEGE' REAR BUMPER RATTLE)


Condition: While driving over bumpy roads, a rattling noise may come from the rear bumper.

1) Check the rear bumper screws and fasteners as shown in the illustration.

Caution: Do not over-torque the screws or use power tools - this would damage the fasteners.



REPAIR PROCEDURE (RX-7 SPARE TIRE PARTS NOISE)


Condition: While driving on rough roads, the spare tire parts may rattle.

1) Make sure the appropriate parts are stored in the tool bag, and tighten the strap on the tool bag. Place the tool bag inside the spare tire wheel.
