Fluid - M/T: Service and Repair

NOTE: Replace drain plug (A) washer with a new one whenever removed.




1. Remove the plugs ((A) with washer, (B), (C) and (D)).
2. Drain the oil into a suitable container.
3. Wipe all plugs clean.
4. Apply sealant to plug threads ((A), (C) and (D)).
5. Install the drain plugs ((B) and (A) with new washer).

Tightening torque
(A): 39 - 59 N-m (4.0 - 6.0 m-kg, 29 - 43 ft-lb)
(B): 31 - 46 N-m (3.2 - 4.7 m-kg, 23 - 34 ft-lb)




6. Add the specified oil from till plug (C) port until the level reaches the bottom of check plug (D) hole.




7. Install plugs (C) and (D).

Tightening torque
(C), (D): 25 - 39 N-m (2.5 - 4.0 m-kg, 18 - 29 ft-lb)
