Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

BYPASS AIR CONTROL (BAC) VALVE REPLACEMENT




1. Remove the BAC valve in the sequence described below.
(1) Water hoses
(2) Air hose
(3) Bolts and nuts
(4) BAC valve

2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Caution: Use a new gasket.

Specified torque: 19 - 25 N.m (1.9 - 2.6 kgf.m, 14 - 19 ft.lbf)
