Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair

Catalytic Converter R&R:

^ Remove in sequence shown.
^ Check all components for damage, deterioration, and restriction. Repair or replace as needed.
^ Install in reverse order of removal.

1. Front pipe assembly.
2. Catalytic converter.
3. Pre-silencer.
4. Air control motor cable.
5. Main silencer.
6. Exhaust manifold insulator.
7. Exhaust manifold.
