In Dynamic Chamber

The Intake Air Thermosensor, installed in the right front corner of the intake manifold dynamic chamber (from underneath), detects intake air temperature.

The ECU uses this input in its calculations for fuel injection quantity and ignition timing. Sensor resistance and the voltage signal to the ECU vary with intake air temperature.

Sensor resistance measurements are as follows:
