Cold Start Relay: Description and Operation

^ The cold start relay provides a circuit path to ground for the cold start injector when energized.
^ It gets battery power at its hold-in coil from the main relay when the ignition is turned "ON", and is energized when the ECU completes the circuit to ground.
^ When energized, the relay connects the ground side of the cold start injector to ground through the cold start thermoswitch.
