Air Cleaner Housing: Description and Operation

Fuel And Intake System:

PURPOSE
Remove abrasive particles from engine intake air. Clean intake air significantly reduces engine wear.

LOCATION
Left front side of engine compartment.

OPERATION
All air entering engine intake system passes through air cleaner assembly paper filter element.

CONSTRUCTION
Air cleaner assembly is a plastic box with replaceable paper filter element.
