IDLE SPEED: 700 ± 20 rpm ("P" range)
Timing Marks:
3. Check that timing mark (Yellow) on crankshaft pulley and mark on timing belt cover are aligned to specification:
TIMING: 12° ± 1° BTDC
Adjusting Ignition Base Timing:
4. If timing is not within specification, loosen distributor lock bolt and rotate distributor housing to adjust.
5. Tighten distributor lock bolt to 14 - 18 ft.lb (19 - 25 Nm).
