Cold Start Relay: Testing and Inspection

Cold Start Relay Testing:

1. Remove relay and connect ohmmeter across terminals B and D. There should be no continuity.
2. Connect battery voltage across terminals C and E. There should now be continuity between terminals B and D.
3. Replace relay if not as specified.
