Power Test

1. Turn ignition On, then measure voltage between terminal C and ground. Voltage should be 12 volts.
2. Start engine, then measure voltage between terminal C and ground. Voltage should be 14 volts.
3. If voltage is not as specified, repair or replace battery and wiring harness.
