Installation

1. Install knuckle arm and tighten nut to specifications, then install new cotter pin.
2. Install knuckle spindle to shock absorber, tighten bolts to specifications.
3. Install knuckle arm to tie rod end, tighten nut to specifications.
4. Install knuckle arm to knuckle spindle, tighten bolt to specifications.
5. Install dust cover, tighten bolts to specifications.
6. Install disc plate, tighten nut to specification, ensure endplay does not exceed 0.002 inch (0.05 mm).
7. Stake locknut to groove and install hub cap, Fig. 2.

8. Install wheel speed sensor, tighten bolt to specifications.
9. Install caliper assembly, tighten bolts to specifications.
10. Install wheel and tighten lug nuts to specifications.
11. On 1993 models, torque hub nut to 130 - 175 ft.lb.
12. On 1994-95 models, torque hub nut to 131 - 173 ft.lb.
