Oil Seal (Differential)

1. Disconnect the speedometer cable and remove the speedometer driven gear. Service and Repair
2. Remove the drain plug and washer. Drain the oil into a suitable container.
3. Separate the drive shafts from the transaxle. Service and Repair




4. Remove the oil seal by using a screwdriver.

CAUTION:
- Tap in until the oil seal installer contacts the case.
- Coat the oil seal lip with transaxle oil.

5. Tap the new oil seal into the transaxle case by using the SST.




6. Insert the drive shafts to the transaxle. Service and Repair
7. Add the specified amount and type of oil. Service and Repair
