Clutch System Bleed

When bleeding the hydraulic assembly it is important that the fluid reservoir be kept at the 3/4 level or higher.
1. Remove bleeder cap from clutch release cylinder and attach a vinyl hose to bleeder plug, Fig. 2.
2. Insert opposite end of vinyl hose into a clear container.
3. Slowly pump clutch pedal several times, then with pedal depressed loosen bleeder screw to let fluid and air escape.
4. Close bleeder screw.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until no bubbles are seen in the fluid.
6. Tighten bleeder screw to specification and install bleeder cap.
