DESCRIPTION
The door lock on some vehicles may seem stiff when operating. The design of the previous actuator has changed to reduce the effort required for operation. Service Bulletin, Cat. S, No. 019/93 detailed this change. Customers complaining of this symptom should have the vehicle inspected and repair according to the instructions in this bulletin.
NOTE:
The power door lock actuator stiffness does not affect the locking ability of the door locks.
