Shift Mechanism

1. Disassemble in the order shown in the image.
2. Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.
3. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly, referring to Assembly Note.




Assembly Note
Extension bar
Connect the extension bar onto the transaxle, then mount it to the floor.

Tightening torque: 16 - 22 N-m (1.6 - 2.3 kgf-m, 12 - 16 ft-lbf)




Spring
Verify that the hooked part of the spring is properly seated in the bracket groove.
