Removal and Installation




1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the dashboard.
3. Remove the cooling unit.
4. Remove as shown in the figure.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Disassembly and Assembly





1. Disassemble in the order shown in the figure.
2. Check for the following and repair or replace the heater core as necessary.
- Cracks
- Bent fins
- Distorted and bent inlet
3. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
