Intake System Component Replacement:

1. Remove components in order shown.
2. Inspect parts and replace as needed.
3. Install in reverse order of removal. Refer to INSTALLATION NOTES.

COMPONENTS

1. Fresh air duct.
2. Resonance chamber #1.
3. Air cleaner.
4. Air cleaner element.
5. Air flow sensor.
6. Air hose.
7. Resonance chamber #2.
8. Accelerator cable.
9. Throttle body.
10. BAC valve.
11. Intake manifold bracket.
12. Intake manifold.


INSTALLATION NOTES

Intake Manifold Bolt Tightening:

1. Tighten intake manifold bolts in pattern shown. Torque to 14 - 18 ft lb (19 - 25 Nm).

Resonance Chamber #2:

2. Slide clamp onto hose and push hose onto resonance chamber #2.
3. Rotate hose and hook it securely on locating knob. Tighten clamp.
