Valve Cover: Service and Repair

1. Remove intake manifold as outlined in Intake Manifold.
2. Remove cover bolts, then the ventilation pipe from lefthand cylinder head.
3. Remove cover.
4. Reverse procedure to install, tightening cover bolts to specifications in five to six steps, Fig. 8 and 9. Recheck righthand bolts 5 and 6, and lefthand bolts 6 and 7.
