Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Service and Repair

1. Deactivate audio anti-theft function, as outlined under Technician Safety Information, before disconnecting battery.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable and remove steering wheel as outlined in Steering Wheel, Replace.
3. Remove meter hood retaining screws and pull meter hood rearward.
4. Disconnect meter hood electrical connectors, then remove meter hood.
5. Remove cluster assembly retaining screws, then pull cluster assembly rearward.
6. Disconnect speedometer and electrical connectors, then remove cluster assembly.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
8. Reactivate audio anti-theft function as outlined under Technician Safety Information.
