Attachment I - Overview
ATTACHMENT ICONDITION OF CONCERN
Mazda has determined that on some 1993-1997 626 and MX-6 models, large quantities of road salt, used during winter months in the States listed below, may cause corrosive pits to develop on front suspension coil springs. Prolonged use under these conditions may cause the coil spring to fatigue and break. If the lower portion of the coil spring breaks, the broken edge may interfere with the tire and result in a possible tire puncture. Front coil spring replacement is not included in this program.
