Fuel System Priming

Priming Fuel System:

Prime the fuel system to restore fuel pressure following inspection or repair of the fuel system. This can reduce excessive cranking when first starting engine.

1. Connect jumper wire between data link connector terminals F/P and GND.
2. Turn ignition ON for approximately 10 seconds and check for leaks.
3. Turn ignition OFF and remove jumper wire.
