Clutch Replace

1. Remove transmission from vehicle as outlined under Transmission.
2. Disconnect clutch release cylinder, then remove boot, Fig. 3.

3. Remove release bearing, then the release fork.
4. Loosen clutch cover bolts equally until spring tension is released, then remove clutch cover and disc.
5. Remove pilot bearing using slide hammer tool No. 491285071, or equivalent.
6. Remove flywheel attaching bolts, then the flywheel.
7. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten bolts to specifications.
