Wiper Motor: Testing and Inspection

1. On models with audio anti-theft system, obtain radio deactivation code prior to disconnecting battery ground cable, then deactivate system as outlined under Technician Safety Information.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove baffle cover, Fig. 5.

4. Disconnect wiper motor electrical connector, then disconnect linkage.
5. Remove motor attaching bolts, then the wiper motor.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Ensure wiper blade stroke and park position are correct.
